Scope
This declaration covers only original intellectual property created by Shubham Chawhan for Nuri. It does not claim ownership over third-party assets or pre-existing materials.
4. Ownership Statement
Primary Ownership: All original intellectual property developed by Shubham Chawhan specifically for Nuri — including software code, designs, content, and creative works — is owned by its creator.
Ownership Transfer: The founder may transfer ownership of intellectual property assets to Nuri through written agreements.
Future Works: Intellectual property created after this declaration is considered owned by Nuri unless explicitly reserved.
5. Third-Party Assets
Open Source Software
The following third-party software is used within Nuri systems:
- JavaScript Libraries: React, Next.js, npm packages
- Backend Frameworks: Express.js, Node.js modules
- CSS Frameworks: Tailwind CSS
- Development Tools: Build tools, testing frameworks
License Compliance: All open source components are used with proper licensing compliance.
6. Future Contributors
Intellectual Property Policies
All future contributors will execute appropriate agreements regarding IP ownership. Standard practice includes assignment of work-made-for-hire intellectual property to Nuri.
Documentation Requirements
All contributors must execute NDAs and IP assignment agreements.
7. Amendment Policy
