Shipping Destinations

India: We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
International: Select international locations are supported. Availability is shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on orders of ₹1,499 or more within India.
Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight.

Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at nuri@shubhamos.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
